been here for a couple of sessions and they slayed each time with my lashes! it stays lifted for a month or so with proper aftercare - highly recommended 💗

The lash tech was so friendly and nice. She even noticed new small lashes growing and recommended me to use lash serum to help them grow more. The place was nice and cosy.

The place was easily located near woodlands mrt. Environment was clean, calm and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I like that how each step was carefully done. Definitely recommend those who live near the area to come visit!

Love the ambience and really appreciated the upgrade to the waiting area. The space feels much more welcoming.

That said, I do feel that management could consider spacing out customers a little more between appointments, especially when there is only one staff member managing the treatments. I was informed that she was feeling under the weather and had been feeling dizzy, yet she still wanted to continue with the appointments.

I understand that management is trying to keep costs down wherever possible to maintain affordable prices for customers. However, I feel that the least that could be done is to space out the appointments appropriately, so that staff are not overly taxed and have sufficient time to rest between treatments.

There is absolutely no fault with the service itself — it was tip-top as always, and I’m happy with the service provided.
